About the AssignmentWe are looking for a service-minded customer advisor for a customer center in the energy sector. You will be an important part of a team that handles a high inflow of customer inquiries and works with advice and support related to several utilities, such as electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating. The role suits you who thrive in an operational job with a clear customer focus, where you can combine problem-solving, administration, and ongoing follow-up.
Responsibilities- Receive and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web
- Provide advice and guide customers to the best solution based on their needs
- Work systematically with several parallel cases in different systems
- Perform administration, documentation, and follow-up related to customer inquiries
- Process existing customers and contribute to developing customer relationships
- Be proactive in building knowledge and staying updated in a changing work pace
- High school education
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or advisory customer contact via phone, email, chat, or similar channels
- At least 1 year of experience in support within the energy sector
- Experience working with security-classified assignments
- Experience working in the public sector
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
- Ability to work systematically and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Good computer skills and experience working in multiple systems at the same time
- Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)
- Experience in sales dialogues or upselling
- Experience with case management systems or CRM tools
- Experience handling complex customer inquiries or technical troubleshooting
- Interest in environmental issues
- Experience in technical support
