JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
With us, you will have a role where you contribute to the development of Sweden's agriculture and rural sector every day. You will be part of the Fisheries and National Support Unit, where we handle support within robust primary production and nitrogen steps. Our work is characterized by collaboration, learning, and a daily routine where development is a natural part. New support forms and program periods mean that a lot is happening with us.
As a case officer, you will:

- Make assessments based on applicable routines, regulations, and guidelines.
- Have contact with support recipients, other authorities, and colleagues within the organization.
- Work both independently and in teams, where you contribute to the whole and support colleagues as needed.
In the units and department, we help each other to solve our tasks. This means that you may need to process support applications outside your primary work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in business administration or agronomy, or has acquired a high level of competence in case handling through work experience that we assess as equivalent.
- Our working language is Swedish, so you need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in processing investment support.
- Experience in investigative case handling within the public sector.
- Knowledge or practical experience of working in or managing agriculture.
We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, while also being able to structure and drive your tasks forward effectively. You are motivated by achieving results and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. The role suits you if you appreciate being part of a team where collaboration and good cooperation with colleagues and other units is a natural part of everyday life.
OTHER
The place of employment is Jönköping, with the possibility of working part of the time remotely.
For us, it is important that all competencies in the labor market are utilized. We welcome all applicants and strive for diversity. We normally apply a 6-month probationary period.
In preparation for the recruitment process, we have made decisions regarding recruitment channels and marketing. Therefore, we do not wish to be contacted by advertising sellers or recruitment companies.
