We are now investing in a new business area within automation related to tool-based production - and we are looking for a driven Sales Manager & Business Developer who wants to take this initiative from idea to commercial success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build a completely new business area within automation for CNC and manufacturing industry.
• Drive the entire sales process – from analysis and consulting to quotation work and closing.
• Work closely with our technical specialists in robotic-based automation and advanced production solutions.
• Develop business together with other companies within Pronect, such as Ravema, Addinor, and Din Maskin to maximize technical solutions and customer value.
• Collaborate in teams to win business and ensure top-class deliveries.
• Utilize the existing customer network of the Pronect group while also developing new relationships.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience from the manufacturing industry - preferably with a background in automation, machinery sales, or technical solutions. You are business-driven, proactive, and thrive in a role where you combine strategic business building with practical sales and customer work.

You are motivated by creating growth, building relationships, and driving business, and want to contribute to shaping the future of automation solutions.
