Do you have experience in customer contact and service and enjoy combining service, structure, and problem-solving? Then this may be the right position for you!

As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming cases through various communication channels, either via calls or in a case management system. You strive to resolve the customer's issue on the first contact, but if that is not possible, you will follow the case from start to finish and provide ongoing feedback to the customer. You help customers receive good handling and work to develop the customer's business by offering additional services and sustainable solutions based on the customer's needs. You will also have a certain level of customer responsibility.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Order placement via business systems
  • Setting up new customers via business systems
  • Handling and documentation of customer complaints
  • Being involved and actively contributing to the organization's improvement work by gathering insights about customer needs and experiences
  • Working proactively to digitize customers through the customer portal
  • Proactively responsible for customer contact and offering additional services while ensuring correct registration data

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client in Jönköping. We view this position long-term, and there are good opportunities to be taken over by the client company. We hope you can start in December/January or by agreement. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer contact and service-oriented roles
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in Swedish
  • Has good administrative skills and enjoys creating structure
  • Has good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
  • Has a B driver's license; it is an advantage if you have access to your own car as some travel may occur in the role.
