We are now looking for someone to create new business opportunities based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM – where the entire Microsoft ecosystem is your playing field.

What makes the role unique?

  • You are a driving force in our new customer acquisition and open doors to future customers in sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Waste & Recycling, and Property Management.
  • You lead complex and strategic sales processes where you build relationships, engage in high-level dialogue, and guide the customer through the entire journey – from initial contact to signed agreement and into delivery over time.
  • You negotiate complex agreements and help shape solutions that often involve multiple business areas, integrations, and the entire Microsoft platform.
  • You work closely with our marketing team that generates leads and creates visibility – here, sales and marketing are a collaboration, not two silos.
  • You have the opportunity to work closely with Microsoft by collaborating with Microsoft’s sales team and participating in joint activities.
  • You always have Fellowmind’s expertise backing you – from our consultants to our specialists in ERP, CE, Data & AI, and Modern Work. We win together!

Who are you?

You are a business-driven relationship builder who loves tackling complex challenges. You have documented experience selling Dynamics 365 F&SCM and you know that the best deals require patience, strategy, and a sense of touch;

  • You have experience with long sales cycles and enjoy driving business from start to finish.
  • You are confident in negotiating larger agreements and have an eye for both details and the big picture.
  • You are self-driven, proactive, and have a strategic mindset – but know that the greatest results are achieved in teams.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.

The practicalities

Start: Immediately, but we understand that you may have a notice period.

Scope: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and aim for it to work for all parties.

Location: At one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Helsingborg, Halmstad, Jönköping, or Växjö.
