High Chaparral is a theme park unlike any other. A visit here is an experience for all the senses that you will not forget. When you step through the gates to our world, you leave reality (as you know it) for a while. We present ourselves as a theater theme park with a Wild West theme for families, which also reflects how we present shows and characters.

Here you will have the opportunity to experience the most fun, action-packed, and adventurous summer job you can imagine. You have the chance to fulfill the promise to our visitors to “Become part of the adventure.”

Regardless of which position you are most interested in, we are looking for happy, positive, accommodating, and outgoing employees. The most important thing we work with is the interaction with our guests, but the interaction with our colleagues is equally important. Being able to greet guests with a smile and a helping hand, no matter where we are in the park, is very important. We are all involved in creating each other's work environment, and therefore we need to care for one another, say hello and good morning, and take care of each other as colleagues.

The park is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and most of the staff is on duty during those hours, but we also have units such as our kitchens, receptions, and camping that are open from early morning until late evening. Depending on where you work, all shifts are distributed from morning to evening, and some positions are combination jobs where you are stationed at different workstations throughout the day.

When applying, you choose which position you are primarily interested in, but you also have the opportunity to indicate your choices for second and third preferences.

Qualifications

Regardless of the position, great importance is placed on your social skills and service sense. Experience in retail or food and beverage sales is an advantage for positions involving cash handling. For all positions you can choose from, previous work experience in the type of job you are applying for is always an advantage. Knowledge of different languages is also beneficial, primarily English, German, and Danish.

You are responsible, organized, meticulous, unpretentious, and flexible. You work well both in a team and independently and are not afraid to pitch in where needed. We help each other across departmental boundaries and support one another where needed.

To give our employees the best conditions for training and learning, we prioritize applicants who can work the entire summer season.
