Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a structured and unpretentious transport booker with warehouse experience!

For our client's warehouse operations, we are now seeking a service-oriented and flexible transport booker/forklift operator who thrives on variation, responsibility, and order. The position is a combination of booking transports in the office and assisting in the warehouse, including unloading and loading trucks, as well as order picking. A position for you who enjoys great variation in your work!

We would like you to have basic knowledge in logistics, goods handling, and warehouse work – but most importantly, you are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.

A forklift license is a requirement.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining ongoing customer contact and ensuring good service
Operating a forklift during loading and unloading, as well as inside the warehouse
Performing transport bookings
Handling delivery notes and other documentation
Labeling, organizing, and placing pallets and products in the right place
Collaborating with drivers and production staff
Contributing to order, structure, and good communication within the organization

Your Profile

Who are you?

You have experience in warehouse and logistics at a basic level
You work meticulously, structured, and find solutions when challenges arise
You are service-oriented, unpretentious, and adaptable
You have good computer skills and learn new systems quickly
You enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues and taking personal responsibility

You have a forklift license A-B. It is advantageous if you have experience with reach trucks. You speak and write fluently in Swedish. It is a plus if you have a driver's license and access to your own car.
