We are now looking for a salesperson for our facility in Öggestorp!

Holmgrens Fritid is one of Sweden's largest dealers of leisure vehicles. We currently operate in Växjö, Jönköping, Värnamo, and Västervik and are a subsidiary of Holmgrens Group. At our facilities, we offer a wide range of both new and used motorhomes & caravans. We also perform all types of service, moisture tests, gas tests, and damage repairs.

In the role of motorhome & caravan salesperson, it is crucial that you make every customer feel seen and unique, are attentive and understand the importance of prioritizing feedback. For many customers, a caravan/motorhome represents an opportunity for an extraordinary life, so it is essential that you have a deep understanding of customers' needs and can suggest solutions based on your own experiences.

As a salesperson with us, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact through outreach in the showroom, digital channels, or phone to quote writing, consulting, purchasing, delivery, and follow-up. You are also a buyer of caravans/motorhomes.

During spring and summer, which is our peak season, we experience high demand, a large customer flow, and many transactions across all departments. The best possible service, a good atmosphere, and a cheerful mood permeate our company, and it is important that these qualities are maintained even during peak season. With us, you are not just an employee and colleague but also an ambassador for our brand.

About you We are looking for someone who naturally has a knack for building good relationships and thrives in results-oriented environments. As a person, we believe you are social, goal-oriented, and reliable. You enjoy working in a solution-focused manner and are clear in your communication. Since you work towards individual goals, structure and personal responsibility are crucial for success in the role, while you also understand the value of good teamwork. 

If you have personal experience with leisure vehicles, it is a significant plus. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish and mathematics at the high school level, and a B driver's license is a requirement for the position, along with good IT skills. It is advantageous if you also have a driver's license for BE and/or C.
