Funktionsrätt Jönköping County is looking for a business developer (50%) for the launch of the Rights Bureau of Jönköping County, a new anti-discrimination initiative aimed at preventing and combating discrimination based on all seven grounds of discrimination.

Responsibilities

The role includes:

• developing and coordinating the operations in the startup phase,
• working closely with lawyers and other staff,
• building networks and collaborations with municipalities, authorities, organizations, and companies,
• planning and implementing information and training initiatives,
• participating in opinion formation and monitoring the external environment,
• contributing to follow-up, documentation, and reporting.
• Applying for and reporting to MUCF annually.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• experience from civil society, public sector, or non-profit work,
• good knowledge of the discrimination area and human rights,
• experience in collaboration and networking,
• excellent communication skills in both speech and writing.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and experience. Academic education is an advantage but not a requirement.
