Administrative Officer for the Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Command in Arboga

The Swedish Armed Forces are looking for a new team member for the Telecommunications and Information Systems Command (FMTIS) in Arboga. As an administrative officer, you will support the management within the department and coordinate various tasks. You will also work as a project administrator linked to projects and major tasks within the department.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting the management within the department
• Functioning as a project administrator
• Working on various tasks related to IT/telecommunications and other processes
• Working independently and in close collaboration with others

Qualifications

• High school education in IT or equivalent
• Experience in IT-related tasks
• Good experience in administrative work
• Good command of Swedish and English
• Driver's license

Desired Experiences

• Experience in process-oriented work
• Experience in project work and project administration
• Education/certification in ITIL

Personal Qualities

As a person, you are service-oriented, driven, and used to taking your own initiatives. You are structured, meticulous, and have good communication skills. Furthermore, you are outgoing, positive, and have good teamwork abilities.
