The group consists of two companies: First Aid Center and Your Care. This position is common to both companies. First Aid Center AB sells training and equipment for emergency care and first aid. Your Care AB builds and operates group homes for people with autism and developmental disabilities. The group has approximately 50 amazing employees.

We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant / CEO Secretary to take care of bookkeeping and assist our CEO.

The duties include, among other things:

- routine office administration

- handling of mail

- supplier invoices

- order processing and invoicing

- compilation of payroll data

- secretarial tasks at meetings

- purchase of consumables

- training administration

- developing administrative routines

Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced accounting assistant, and have an easy time expressing yourself correctly in speech and writing. We use Visma administration 2000, and Visma salary 600, so if you have worked with these, it is a merit. You enjoy Excel and work effortlessly in the Office package.

You are meticulous and solution-oriented. You are flexible, see what needs to be done and do it. The working hours are generally office hours, but evening work may occur, of course with good notice. We have a collective agreement.
