We are now looking for a tech recruiter for our office in Västerås.

About the role

As a tech recruiter at Nexer, you are a key player in our continued growth. You are responsible for leading and driving the recruitment process for multiple regions, from search and advertising to interviews and candidate presentations.

Your main tasks are

• to prospect, identify, and find attractive candidates through creativity
• to create and publish ads
• to conduct structured interviews
• to initiate technical tests and in other ways ensure candidates' skills and abilities

The position is based in Västerås, but you will also work for our other offices in the region, Örebro and Karlstad, as well as for the Stockholm region. This means that you will make regular trips to these locations.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have at least a couple of years of experience in recruitment within IT, Tech, and/or Engineering. You are used to working according to set processes and goals.

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and structured. You are proactive, results-oriented, and dare to drive through the entire recruitment process. You enjoy a role where you have close collaboration with managers and colleagues, network, and build both external and internal relationships.

In this role, fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
