Hallstahem is a public housing company that rents out and manages apartments and premises in Hallstahammar, Kolbäck, and Strömsholm. We are now looking for a temporary customer representative, the position is valid from 2025-04-01 to 2026-03-31.

About the position:

As a customer representative in our customer center, you are the company's face to the public. The customer representative has a natural and positive customer approach and daily contact with customers regarding housing issues with administrative elements. You will have daily contact with customers and contractors and continuously collaborate with your colleagues in the team and with other functions within the company.

Examples of tasks

  • Continuously receive, register, and respond to reports of issues and customer inquiries that come in via phone, email, customer inquiry forum, and visits to the Customer Center
  • Check out and in keys to customers and contractors
  • Prepare for smooth move-ins and move-outs by sending important information to affected tenants via SMS, phone, mail, and email, as well as collaborating with our area coordinators
  • Update customer information and objects in our systems
  • Order keys and cylinders
  • Manage electricity subscriptions with Mälarenergi
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications

  • You have experience in customer service
  • If you have experience in reporting issues or in the housing sector, it is a plus
  • You have very good computer skills and learn new systems quickly
  • You master good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Additional language skills are an advantage.
