Operations Technician at Coor in Västerås

Who are we?

Coor is responsible for ensuring that the daily property operations at ICA Central Warehouse in Västerås always function and develop to the next level. The client has high demands on us regarding knowledge, service, and availability. We need to expand our work team with an experienced operations technician. The team currently consists of about ten technicians with multifunctional skills in areas such as electrical, HVAC, energy optimization, refrigeration and property technology, as well as door technology.

What will you be working on?

As an operations technician with us, you report to the team leader and operations manager. You will work independently with planned maintenance, troubleshooting, orders, renovations, and new installations of technical equipment. The team collaborates and assists each other across different professional competencies as well as with external subcontractors.

Your tasks as an operations technician include:

• Supervision, rounds, maintenance, and operation of properties, focusing on sprinklers and SBA
• Manage work orders from clients
• Participate in the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans
• Ensure delivery for future operations and development together with your colleagues
• Proactively work on improvements and maintenance for clients
• Work on active energy savings

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Work experience in property technology or operations technology, or other equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have:

• Training in scissor lift, fall protection training, forklift license, hot work, facility manager, or other relevant areas

About the position

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period full-time (100%).

Location: Västerås

Working hours: Weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00, on-call duty may occur.
