Svenska Takelement is now looking for an engaged Construction Manager who wants to lead and develop our construction team. In this role, you will be a central leader ensuring high quality in projects, from planning to review and delivery. Welcome with your application!

About you

You have many years of experience as a designer, preferably in a leading position. You enjoy working proactively, planning, and following up on projects, and you have very good knowledge of Tekla Structure.

You will collaborate closely with production and customers, which requires you to be communicative, structured, and accustomed to handling complex construction projects.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in construction work, preferably within the civil engineering industry
• Is a confident leader who can guide employees in their projects and drive development issues
• Has good experience in planning design work and meeting deadlines
• Has experience working with contractors and external partners
• Is meticulous and has the ability to balance details and the overall perspective
• Is used to reviewing technical solutions and ensuring quality
