About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer/Asset Management Specialist, you will play a central role in optimizing and developing maintenance and facility management for the client. You will participate in the development and implementation of Asset Management plans and provide technical support and expertise in the field. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

Leading the development of maintenance and preventive maintenance plans for assigned facilities.
Implementing and following up on decided activities from Asset Management plans.
Collaborating with Asset Managers on budget and analysis of operational costs for maintenance and facility changes.
Developing and updating criticality classification for assigned facilities.
Leading improvement groups and providing technical support during procurement and modification of facilities.
Deciding and proposing actions based on audit reports and analyses.
Being a technical requirement setter and expert to ensure operational and maintenance suitability.

The work is carried out according to the company's applicable policies, guidelines, and processes, and involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Good knowledge of the business system IFS
Experience in technical requirement setting and maintenance work.
Ability to analyze and prioritize actions based on risk, availability, and economy.
Good knowledge in leading projects and improvement groups.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
