On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated logistics engineer who wants to create value by developing industrial processes within logistics and process improvement.

About the roleIn this position, you will have the opportunity to work with:

• Process improvements and value stream analyses.
• Capacity planning, procurement, production, and after-sales.
• Participation in development projects as a project manager or team member.
• Continuous improvements – both incremental and radical.

Experience with CAD layout and flow simulation (DES) is advantageous.

Who are you?We believe that you have:

• An engineering degree in logistics and process development or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in project management and improvement work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A curious, structured, and communicative personality with a strong desire to grow and contribute to the team.

You have experience in improvement work and problem-solving and are well-versed in methods such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean production, and Plan For Every Part (PFEP). Experience in project management is a plus, and you also have good knowledge of Excel, including functions like Pivot and VLOOKUP.
