We are looking for you, a values-driven colleague who wants to work with managerial support as a natural part of your daily work. You coach and deliver service across the entire ARUBA area, but you also feel comfortable challenging the organization in the direction we are heading. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and helping out wherever needed. In addition, you will have a central role in collaboration and in the work with competence supply.

Our Expectations of You

We are looking for someone with experience in HR work and a relevant academic education in the HR field or equivalent. To succeed in this role, you need to have basic knowledge of labor law and a genuine interest in working environment and competence supply.

We see, for example, that you need to be driven by achieving goals, contributing to results, and have the ability to work independently. The position is located in Västerås. A Swedish B driver's license is required as Svealandstrafiken operates in nine different locations in Västmanland and Örebro counties, which means some travel is involved in the job.

This position is a temporary contract until April 30, 2026.
