Administrator at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service in Västerås
The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is expanding and is now looking for an administrator for probation in Västerås. As an administrator, you will be responsible for registration in client administrative systems, administration for the Supervisory Board, reception staffing, and common administrative tasks. You are also expected to represent the Prison and Probation Service with a professional approach towards clients and partners.
Job duties:
- Registration in client administrative systems
- Administration for the Supervisory Board
- Reception staffing
- Archiving, mail handling, orders, and financial administration
- Administrative support to managers and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Completed upper secondary education
- Experience in administrative work within public administration
- Good data skills
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language
