Location & Period- Location: Västerås.
- Start Date: January 17, 2025.
- End Date: July 16, 2025.
As a Junior Administrator in Order Support, you will:
- Receive and handle orders: Ensure that incoming orders are processed correctly and on time.
- Create supplier orders: Be responsible for ordering the right products from the right suppliers.
- Manage order confirmations: Follow up with both customers and suppliers via phone and email to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
You will have a central role in the company's administrative flows and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.

- Previous experience in order reception or similar administrative tasks.

- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (native level).
