As a Junior Administrator in Order Support, you will:

• Receive and handle orders: Ensure that incoming orders are processed correctly and on time.
• Create supplier orders: Be responsible for ordering the right products from the right suppliers.
• Manage order confirmations: Follow up with both customers and suppliers via phone and email to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

You will have a central role in the company's administrative flows and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.

• Previous experience in order reception or similar administrative tasks.
• Experience in customer contact and communication via phone and email.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (native level).
