We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll processes are carried out correctly and on time. You will work closely with the HR and global payroll team to manage all aspects of payroll administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process salary payments for all employees.
• Ensure accurate reporting of working hours, absences, and overtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all salary-related data.
• Perform regular payroll reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting to authorities.
• Handle and respond to employee inquiries regarding salary and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure that new hires receive the correct salary and that changes in employment conditions are handled correctly.
• Stay updated on legislation and regulations regarding payroll administration.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education in finance (payroll) or similar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll management.
• Good knowledge of Swedish salary and tax regulations.
• Experience working with payroll systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
