Vallmobadet is a smaller swimming facility located in Kolbäck. It is a very popular and family-friendly pool with guests of all ages. The swimming facility offers various water training sessions, swimming schools, a café, and public opening hours.

Skantzö Bad & Camping, located in Hallstahammar, is a year-round campsite with a large outdoor pool that is open during the summer months. The campsite and pool, which have both cabins and camping sites, are very popular during the warm summer days.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a caretaker at Skantzöbadet and Vallmobadet, you will work to ensure the quality of the water. You will monitor and take water samples, order chemicals, and receive deliveries. You will also work in the Vallmobadet facility, cleaning the pool's surfaces and assisting in the café at certain times.

At the campsite, you will actively address problems that arise both indoors and outdoors. Planting and weeding are also part of the daily routine during the summer, and in winter, snow removal and sanding of smaller roads and outside the service building/reception are included. Good service is important as you work closely with guests and have a lot of customer contact.

Vallmobadet is open from September to April, Skantzöbadet is open in the summer, and the campsite is open year-round. Working hours are scheduled for evenings, weekends, holidays, and regular on-call duties are included for you as a caretaker at the pool and campsite.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• It is advantageous if you have training in technical and chemical pool management.
• You should be handy and able to find solutions when problems arise.
• Knowledge of gardening and planting is a plus.
• Experience from similar jobs is desirable.
• Personal suitability is important, and you should contribute to a good work environment.
