The changing global landscape means our defense needs to be strengthened, and the increased intelligence activity against Sweden and the Swedish Armed Forces is extensive. The Military Intelligence and Security Service (Must) operates within defense intelligence, military intelligence, and military security.
Main Responsibilities
Are you service-oriented, thrive on coordination, and are motivated by a varied daily routine where you keep many parts together simultaneously? Then the role of Collaboration Coordinator might be right for you. As a Collaboration Coordinator, you play a central role in providing administrative and practical support to the operations. You ensure that meetings, logistics, and administrative processes run smoothly and contribute to effective international cooperation.
The role includes, among other things:
- Coordinating the practical and logistical aspects of meetings within international cooperation
- Being responsible for premises and logistics in connection with national activities
- Handling both recurring and ad-hoc administrative tasks as they arise
- Coordinating administrative processes and ensuring they are carried out in a structured and efficient manner
- Contributing to professional and service-oriented support for the operations.
The work involves collaboration with other departments within both Must and the Swedish Armed Forces, as well as with the Government Offices and other agencies.

About the Unit
Our staff have diverse backgrounds, knowledge, and competencies, enabling us to solve the tasks that arise within the operations together. We are responsible, among other things, for the planning and implementation of Must's international activities.

Qualifications
- Approved upper secondary education.
- Experience in planning and coordinating meetings.
- Experience and interest in administrative tasks.
- Good ability to communicate orally in English.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
Merits
- Experience working with issues and tasks requiring high security awareness.
- Experience working with issues of an international nature.
- Experience working at the Swedish Armed Forces or another agency.
- Experience with other driver training.
The above qualifications must be verifiable upon request through certificates, references, as well as work or selection tests. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

- Employment type: Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.
