The work involves analyzing business needs, investigating technical and organizational prerequisites, and preparing decision support materials for strategic choices. You will coordinate stakeholders from various parts of the organization and ensure that assignments are carried out in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner.
In this role, you will work closely with business units, IT, architects, security functions, and management. You are responsible for planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting of assignments, as well as contributing to translating complex issues into concrete recommendations and action plans.

You communicate clearly and present complex information in a pedagogical manner, both verbally and in writing.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant academic education in fields such as IT, systems science, engineering, or informatics, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Several years of current work experience leading projects, assignments, and investigations within IT.

- Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
The following qualifications are meritorious:
- Work experience in large organizations or public sector operations within the field.
- Work experience with digitalization within the healthcare sector.
- Work experience within CIO functions, IT governance, or portfolio management.
- Work experience with agile development and agile working methods.
