FMCG Partner is a leading Swedish sales company within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, founded in 1995. We offer sales and distribution services throughout the Nordic region. To our headquarters in Årsta/Stockholm, we are now looking for a meticulous and engaged employee for a 50% position. The role is broad and varied, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with figures, planning, and administrative tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Supply & Demand Planning (ordering and canceling goods).

• Payroll processing (compiling monthly salaries).

• Supplier and customer invoices (processing payments).

• Preparing documentation for personnel-related matters (e.g., unemployment insurance data).

• Ongoing administrative support to the business (e.g., managing holidays).

• Is structured, meticulous, and has strong administrative skills.

• Thrives taking ownership and planning your own work.

• Has experience in finance and administration.

• Is computer literate and quick to learn new business and financial systems.

• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with Supply & Demand Planning or similar planning work is a plus.
