About the position
As a Staffing Assistant, you will work closely with the department coordinator and nursing managers. You are responsible for the daily and long-term planning and coordination of staff at the Stroke ward in Solna.
The position is located within the Theme of Heart, Vascular and Neuro. Much of your daily work takes place in the personnel systems TESSA and Heroma, where you handle various matters such as registering sick leave, overtime, shift swaps, correcting time registrations, processing employee cases, and scheduling.
You will also work with needs planning and place orders for the hospital's internal staffing. Additionally, you will manage permissions in Navet and EK as the department's EK administrator.
The position is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday.

- Are structured and meticulous, with good ability to plan, prioritize, and organize your work even when the pace is fast and conditions change quickly.
- Are responsible, flexible, and see the value in being the coordinating function that keeps operations running smoothly every day.
- Communicate clearly and trustworthily. You feel confident conveying both positive and less positive news in a respectful and professional manner.
- Easily build good relationships and enjoy collaborating with many different professional groups. You contribute to a good work climate through an attentive, solution-oriented, and non-hierarchical approach.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Upper secondary education in a relevant field for the position.
- Experience working with staffing, scheduling, or personnel administration.
- Previous experience and knowledge of systems such as TESSA and Heroma.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Merits:
- Education focused on HR and behavioral science.
- Knowledge of employment contracts, laws, and agreements related to employment and/or healthy scheduling.
