We are currently seeking new employees for basic technical support for a world-leading technology company, acting on behalf of Teleperformance, located in Solna.

In this support department, you will answer incoming calls from customers, helping and guiding them with various technical questions. No prior experience is required; we are looking for someone who wants to develop and work in customer service!

Your Responsibilities:

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Answering incoming calls from the company's customers
• Providing professional service and advice regarding products and services
• Helping and guiding customers with technical questions, initially focusing on mobile phones but eventually also computers
