Do you want to be part of building a growing business area – and play a key role in our growth? Kitchen By Watma operates school meal services in several cities and is part of Watma Education. We deliver thousands of meals daily to both our own schools and external operations. We are now looking for a salesperson and appointment setter who wants to create new business opportunities and contribute to our continued expansion within both existing and new target groups.

Your Mission🌟 As a salesperson here, you will become part of an engaged team consisting of dedicated colleagues, such as business managers, business developers, and kitchen managers.
🌟 Your main responsibility as an appointment setter will be to book meetings with potential customers via phone and email, as well as to fill our pipeline with new leads and business opportunities.
🌟 The role also involves identifying and contacting decision-makers, preparing materials for the sales team, participating in customer meetings, and working systematically with follow-ups in our CRM system.
To apply, we require that you have✔ Some form of post-secondary education in sales, economics, or similar.
✔ Good computer skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and experience working systematically in systems.
✔ It is an advantage if you have experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer contact, preferably in phone-based roles.
To succeed in the role, we know you are✔ Equipped with strong self-drive, thrive in high-activity environments, and are motivated by creating results and achieving clear goals.
✔ Friendly, communicative, and have an easy time building good relationships when contacting new people, including principals, school directors, and CEOs.
✔ Structured and enjoy working systematically to ensure high quality in your follow-ups.
ConditionsEmployment type: Fixed salary combined with performance-based compensation; permanent. Probation period applies.
Location: The position is based in Stockholm. We work together from the office in the city center every working day, as we believe in the value of daily collaboration and the community it creates.
Start date: August 2026, or by agreement.
