Salesperson / Project Manager – Construction Contracting

Byggimperium Sverige AB is now looking for a driven and business-minded Salesperson / Project Manager who wants to help develop our operations within renovation, remodeling, and construction contracting.

About the Role

As a salesperson and project manager, you are responsible for the entire business process – from the first customer contact to the final quote and handover to production. You work with both incoming inquiries and active prospecting targeting private individuals, housing associations, and companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Process incoming leads and quote requests.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on deals.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with foremen and craftsmen throughout the project.
• Actively work with sales and development of your district.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales, project management, or the construction industry.
• Is self-motivated and takes responsibility.
• Is social and has an easy way of building trust.
• Has good business acumen and enjoys closing deals.
• Thrives with freedom under responsibility.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.

Experience from the construction, renovation, or contracting industry is an advantage.
