DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-standing growing company specializing in high-quality roofing and roof maintenance services in the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 30 employees who collaborate with subcontractors. Our operations are based out of our premises in Länna Industrial Area. As we are receiving an increasing number of customers seeking high-quality roofing solutions, we are looking for a truly efficient and energetic person to join our team as our new RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT.

What does this role entail?

In the role of Recruitment Assistant, you will hold a key position where you will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to attract and identify competent staff and subcontractors for our organization. This involves recruiting for both employees and subcontractors, onboarding new team members, handling personnel administration, and assisting our HR Manager.

We are looking for someone who

• Has strong communication skills and is proficient in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.
• Is driven, solution-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Is computer literate.
• Has previous experience working with personnel and recruitment.
