Your Responsibilities
The registrar position is located within the Secretariat Unit, which is responsible for the registry and committee administration at Täby Municipality. Together with the municipal registrar and other registrars in the Secretariat Unit, you contribute to maintaining a legally secure and efficient document management system.
The work pace can be high at times, and the work involves both recurring and more varied tasks. The role suits you if you take responsibility for both your own work and the group's common assignments, and if you want to contribute to developing and stabilizing the work within the registry.

- Experience working as a registrar or in a similar role involving diary registration and handling of public documents.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Freedom of the Press Act, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Archives Act.
- Digital proficiency and the ability to work in various administrative systems.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience working in a politically governed organization.
- Knowledge of information security.
- Experience with the document and case management system Evolution as well as Microsoft 365.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and administratively skilled, with the ability to handle complex flows.
