Harmoni Omsorg Norden AB is looking for an engaged and solution-oriented lawyer who wants to combine legal expertise with a strong commitment to society. Here, you will have an important role where you work with the company's legal issues and help our customers safeguard their rights according to the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

About the Role

As a lawyer at Harmoni Omsorg Norden AB, you will provide qualified legal advice to the company's management and operations, as well as offer legal support to our customers and their relatives regarding the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS) and the right to personal assistance.

You will be a key support throughout the entire process – from advice and applications to appeals and contact with authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) and municipalities.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the company's management and operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Work with labor law, contract law, GDPR, and other business-related legal areas.
• Assist customers and their relatives in LSS cases and questions regarding personal assistance.
• Draft applications, statements, and appeals to municipalities, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and courts.
• Represent and guide customers in processes concerning the right to personal assistance and other interventions under LSS.
• Monitor developments in legislation and case law, ensuring the business operates in accordance with current regulations.
• Conduct training and provide legal support to employees within the operations.

Who We Are Looking For

• Hold a law degree.
• Have experience in legal work, preferably within social law, administrative law, or healthcare law.
• Have good knowledge of LSS, social insurance law, and administrative procedures, or a strong interest in developing within these areas.
• Are committed to strengthening individual rights and legal security.
• Are analytical, responsible, and possess strong communication skills.
• Express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
