We are currently looking for a driven recruiter who wants to take the next step in their career. We are seeking a motivated recruiter eager to work with some of Sweden's leading brands!
In this role, you will be responsible for finding and matching the right candidates for sales assignments and working at a fast pace to deliver results. Experience in proactive sales (hunting) is a requirement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in proactive sales
- Is social and comfortable communicating with people
- Has strong communication and listening skills and is results-oriented
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
