About the role

As a Fraud and Chargeback Agent at Kortsäkerhet within Entercard, you have an important role in monitoring and investigating potential fraud in card transactions, and you will be part of a team that works evenings, nights, and weekends. The team currently consists of about ten people who distribute shifts among themselves. You will primarily work evening or night shifts (18-24, 24-09).

This assignment extends long-term alongside your studies. The office is newly renovated, modern, and located very centrally near the subway. We are looking for you who are a student and available to start immediately. The position begins with comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and emails from customers regarding potential fraud.
• Work administratively with fraud cases in a case management system.
• Handle card blocks.

We are looking for you who

• Are studying at a post-secondary level and will graduate no earlier than June 2028 or later. It is an advantage if you are studying an economics-related education.
• Have an interest in working with customer service.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work.
• Are comfortable working alone at the office during night hours.
• Are available for full-time work during the Christmas and summer periods.

Other information

• Start: Immediately.
• Scope: Part-time, 1 shift requirement/week. During Christmas and summer, one works up to full-time in periods.
• Location: Central Stockholm. For this position, it is not possible to work from home.
• Other: For this assignment, we will request a certificate from the Swedish Enforcement Authority (belastningsregister) as well as a credit report.
