About the Job
In the role of International Secretary, you are responsible for continuously handling administrative work related to the Banking Sector's international operations, including within the European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB), and the Basel Committee. The work includes, for example, monitoring and handling email traffic from the EBA Board of Supervisors (BoS), the ESRB, and the Basel Secretariat, as well as managing administration before, during, and after preparations for EBA BoS, EBA's larger committees, the ESRB, and the Basel Committee. You are also responsible for coordination and information sharing in written procedures within the EBA, ESRB, and Basel Committee, as well as diary management related to relevant international processes. Furthermore, you contribute to the coordination of the area's international work through administrative support and coordination, including supporting the planning of international visits and training initiatives as needed. Additionally, other administrative tasks within the Banking Sector Secretariat's areas of responsibility may be included.
Your Education and Experience
We are looking for someone who
- has completed upper secondary education
- has at least two years of experience coordinating and handling a wide variety of administrative tasks
- has previously worked supporting multiple roles in an organization with administrative matters
- is accustomed to simultaneously handling and coordinating a large volume of often complex and varied administrative tasks with high accuracy and precision
- expresses yourself very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you
- have relevant post-secondary education focused on administration or a similar field
- have studied law, political science, or economics
- have education focused on EU knowledge
- have experience with administrative work related to international cooperation, preferably within the EU or a public authority context
- have knowledge of EU institutions and the financial system, including banks
- understand the legislative process at the EU level.

The salary range for this position is 30,000–40,000 SEK/month.
