At Swedavia, we need to recruit an HRBP who wants to work with qualified HR issues in an exciting environment, thrives with independent responsibility, and wants to be part of a wonderful team – HR Business!
What does the role entail?
As an HRBP, you are responsible for the operational, tactical, and strategic HR support to the leaders in the operation you work with. Your tasks include:
- Working in a supportive, guiding, and coaching manner, as well as steering, to ensure the operation achieves its goals, develops its activities, and complies with laws and agreements within the HR field.
- Working closely with the operation to best understand its needs, while also being part of the HR organization's work to develop our processes, create tools, training, and find new ways forward for successful HR support.
- Joining the management group of the operation you support and having an important role in creating momentum in the operation's HR issues and goals.
- Working within the entire HR process while having support from HR's specialist organization and our HR Service Center.
You will become part of a varied operation where you will be met by driven, engaged, and motivated leaders who, together with you, want to continue developing their group and their leadership.
Who are you?
We see that you have:
- An academic education in the HR field, for example from the Human Resources Management program, PA line, PAO program, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in broad HR work.
- Good knowledge of labor law and experience in handling union relations and negotiations.
- Experience in handling personnel matters.
- Experience in driving projects and change processes.
- Experience in driving and developing HR's working methods, tools, and processes for increased efficiency and quality in deliveries to the operation.
- Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you value the team's cohesion and joint delivery, while also being able to drive your own issues.
To thrive in the HRBP role, you need to have high integrity, self-drive, and the ability to work independently. You are expected to create long-term relationships at all levels in the operation, which is why your communication skills are important. Additionally, we want you to be development-oriented and accustomed to handling and driving change. You thrive in an environment where something new is constantly happening, and you enjoy handling issues of varying weight at a changing pace.
