We are looking for a driven and engaged Career Coach to join our wonderful team at Rys Jobb & Rekrytering.

The role involves matching and supporting individuals into employment, or helping them find their way to work through studies. Contact with companies is a very important part of the matching process, meaning we are looking for someone who enjoys working towards results and has, or can develop, a broad network among employers.

You will work with individuals both one-on-one and in groups through individual conversations, workshops, and company visits. The purpose is to develop the job seeker's skills in applying for jobs in an active and conscious manner towards a clear goal.

You are a service-minded and empathetic person who is accustomed to having frequent contact with others. You have a strong ability to build good and long-term business relationships.

You should have an opportunity-oriented mindset and a desire to do your best to help participants succeed in finding employment or studies. As a person, you are trustworthy, business-like, and unpretentious.

Requirements: Academic education of at least 3 years or post-secondary education of at least 1 year.

Requirements: At least two years of work experience.

Merits: Experience in recruitment, staffing, or labor market issues, or an existing network within the business community.
