About the role We at Middlepoint are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work in the reception area of our client, a modern property located in Solna. As a receptionist in this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment where you are responsible for the reception on your own and deliver top-class service.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Greeting employees and customers
• Following up on cases and fault reports
• Various administrative tasks
• Handling phone calls and emails
• Responsibility for common areas
• Mail handling and courier services
• Managing incoming emails and answering questions from tenants

The role requires you to have an eye for what needs to be done and a creative approach to work, where the well-being of the building is your primary focus.

Requirements for the position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
• Completed upper secondary education

About the employment

• Employment: Permanent with an initial six-month probationary period
• Work hours: 100% full-time
• Start: Immediately
• Working hours: Monday to Friday approx. 08:00–17:00
