We are looking for a relationship-driven and business-minded Consulting Manager

Fasticon has a strong and established position in the property and civil engineering sector. With us, you have the opportunity to strengthen our customers' operations through the right competence – with managers and specialists within property such as property managers, property administrators, various types of lessors, and property economists, as well as many other roles.
Our headquarters are located in Stockholm, and we also have an established presence in Gothenburg and Malmö. For this role, there is an opportunity to base yourself from one of our offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Your Role
As a Consulting Manager, you work with all parts of the staffing process. In the role, you will:
- work with search, interviews, selection, and appointment of new consulting assignments.
- be responsible for inquiries, quotes, pricing, negotiations, and contracts.
- drive sales to win new assignments – primarily through upselling to existing and former customers, but also through new customer acquisition.
- work proactively with networking to build long-term relationships with customers and candidates.
You also have personnel responsibility for your consultants and responsibility for contracted sub-consultants, which means ongoing follow-up and quality assurance in close dialogue with both customer and consultant.
We are looking for you who:
- have previous experience as a Consulting Manager, or recruitment consultant in a business-driven role.
- are relationship-building and build trust with both customers and candidates.
- thrive in a high tempo, take initiative, and drive your work forward.
- are structured, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
- want to contribute to the team's success, not just your own.
- experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, other search tools, and recruitment systems is meritorious, as is knowledge of the property industry's professional roles and competence areas.
In short: you are a business builder who combines relationship strength with delivery focus and is motivated by creating growth together with others.
