CBRE is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for an exceptional receptionist. With a genuine interest in world-class service. The position is part-time, 50% between 8-12 and permanent with placement in Stockholm, Hammarby Sjöstad to a client in the tech industry. The premises are new, modern and offer a lovely view.
What the customer values most is your positive and cheerful treatment of all employees and their visitors. As a Receptionist, you are the customer's and our face outward and are expected to have a high service awareness and a hospitality beyond the ordinary.
Main responsibilities:- Receive and welcome staff and customers to the office. Registration and handling of access cards and notify the visitor recipient that the visit has arrived.
- Administer access cards to staff.
- Answer the switchboard in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Be helpful with conference booking and meeting technology in conference rooms.
- Responsible for customer duties such as meeting and conference rooms.
- Scanning and registration of the customer's supplier invoices and other mail.
- Mail and goods handling and other tasks related to our delivery.
- Contribute to a high awareness of security by ensuring that the customer's security policy, procedures and guidelines are followed.
- A background in service preferably with experience as a receptionist, customer service representative or hotel.
- A positive attitude, likes to give service and has high integrity.
- The attitude that everything can be solved or found out. Good communication and follow-up skills are also highly valued traits.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, as English is the customer's corporate language and is used in daily communication.
- Responsible with good organizational skills.
- Enjoy working in a team.
