About the role

In the role of Recruiter, you will have a varied and responsible assignment. You are responsible for driving recruitment processes from start to finish, with a focus on attracting, interviewing, and identifying the right skills for the company's needs.

Your main tasks include, among other things, advertising, candidate selection, conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks. You are also responsible for drawing up employment contracts and other administration related to the recruitment process and the employee's different phases of employment. The role involves many contact points and requires structure, attention to detail, and professional conduct.

Employment within an authorized security company requires that you are approved by the County Administrative Board according to current legislation for security companies.

As part of the recruitment process, background checks and security clearance are conducted according to security protection legislation to ensure that the requirements for the position are met. The assessment includes, among other things, an evaluation of law-abidingness, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and potential vulnerabilities.

• The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a start date of September 1st or as agreed. We apply a 6-month probation period.
• We work primarily on-site from the office. Working hours are weekdays during office hours.
• Salary range 30,000–35,000 SEK/month depending on experience and competence.

What we are looking for

We would like you to have experience in recruitment and feel confident in independently conducting interviews and handling associated administrative tasks. Experience from the security industry is an advantage.

As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible. You have good people skills, are communicative, and thrive in a role with many contact points. You work independently, take initiative, and have the ability to build trust with both candidates and employees. Since we operate in a service industry, it is important that you are service-oriented and have professional communication skills.
