• Search and identify candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and other digital channels

• Make contact with candidates and spark interest in current assignments

• Build and develop candidate networks within various competency areas

• Match candidates against our customers' needs together with recruiters

• Contribute to developing our search work and candidate pipelines

• Administer and update candidate profiles in our recruitment system
