Recruitment Consultant for Social Services (Consultancy Role)

About the role

During the period from August 24, 2026, to December 31, 2026, we are looking for a recruitment consultant who will take full responsibility for recruiting social workers and other roles within the social services. You will drive the process from start to finish: job profiles, advertisements, publication in Varbi, candidate administration, selection, interviews, reference checks, and closing of recruitment cases. You will work closely with hiring managers and ensure that every step in the process follows a competency-based and legally secure methodology.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in competency-based recruitment within municipal or state operations.
• Documented experience in recruiting social workers or similar roles within social services.
• Ability to independently drive the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with managers.
• Proficiency in working with Varbi, including publication, candidate administration, and case closure.
• Confidence in selection interviews, digital reference checks, and supplementary telephone references.
• A structured and advisory working style where you support managers in conducting a competency-based and non-discriminatory recruitment process.

You are also a driven and forward-looking person who takes initiative and creates momentum in recruitment processes. You thrive working independently, keep the pace up when needed, and ensure the process moves forward without losing quality.
