We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer service representative for an exciting assignment with our client. Here, you will become an important part of a tight-knit customer service team where your contribution makes a significant difference – both for the customers and the business.

As a central part of the team, you will be the link between the company and its customers. You will have daily contact with both customers and internal colleagues to ensure smooth processes and deliver top-notch service.

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will be a key part of the operations and work to create positive customer experiences in every interaction. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with questions, guidance, and problem-solving in a professional and engaged manner
  • Following up on customer cases to ensure that every customer receives quick feedback and a smooth experience from start to finish
  • Registering, documenting, and administering cases with high quality and accuracy
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues and other departments to find effective solutions together and create the best possible customer experience
  • Contributing ideas and initiatives that develop working methods, improve processes, and strengthen customer service
  • Working according to company routines and quality requirements to ensure a high service level in every customer contact
Qualifications

  • Have experience in customer service, customer support, or similar service roles where you have had daily contact with customers
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and can adapt your communication style to the recipient and situation
  • Are solution-oriented, humble, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where tasks may vary from day to day
  • Have a genuine commitment to service and are motivated by creating positive customer experiences
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and good at prioritizing and administering multiple cases simultaneously
  • Enjoy working in a team but are also self-motivated, proactive, and take responsibility for your own work

Start Date: Autumn 2026, according to agreement

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)

Location: Greater Stockholm
