Are you an experienced technical sales professional within solar energy and energy storage looking for your next challenge?

We are currently looking for more experienced salespeople with industry background for a company with offices centrally located in Stockholm. In this role, you will work with advisory sales of solar power systems and battery solutions targeting the residential market, where technical understanding and business acumen are crucial.

Job Description

As a salesperson in this role, you are responsible for the entire customer journey – from first contact to closing the deal. You will work with inbound leads via the company's marketing and booking channels, conduct needs analyses, and present technically and economically tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the property's technical prerequisites and the customer's energy needs
  • Sizing solar power systems and battery systems
  • Preparing quotes based on technical calculations, profitability assessments, and margins
  • Clarifying business benefits, investment value, and long-term sustainability for the customer
  • Driving the business from consultation to closure

All customer contact takes place via phone and email.

This employment begins with a 6-month probation period which then transitions into a permanent position. The position is not intended for short-term projects or summer jobs.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who already has experience in technical sales within solar energy and/or energy storage and wants to work in a role where your skills truly shine.

We expect you to:

  • Have previous experience selling solar panels, batteries, or related energy solutions
  • Be confident working with technical calculations, pricing, and margin calculations
  • Have strong self-leadership and take responsibility for your own performance
  • Be analytical and solution-oriented
  • Easily build trust and communicate complex solutions clearly
  • Work in a structured manner and understand long-term customer relationships
