At the Red Cross, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to strengthen the relationship with people who choose to support our humanitarian work. We are now looking for an experienced CRM Marketer who wants to help develop communication with our existing donors and contribute to increased loyalty, engagement, and fundraising.
You will become an important part of an engaged and agile team where we combine analysis, creativity, and innovation to create the greatest possible impact for people in vulnerable situations.
About the role
As a CRM Marketer, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing communication that strengthens the relationship with our donors. You work in a data-driven and customer-centric manner throughout the entire customer journey, with a focus on increasing both engagement and lifetime value. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in fundraising, analytics, content, and digital marketing, as well as with external vendors and partners.
Your main responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and develop fundraising and loyalty-building communication in both digital and analog channels.
- Work with audience segmentation, channel selection, personalization, and testing to optimize results.
- Monitor and develop donor journeys, donation flows, and payment solutions.
- Work with budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking related to fundraising activities.
- Use CRM, Marketing Automation, and BI systems as central tools for analysis, planning, and execution.
- Contribute to the development of ways of working, processes, and communication that strengthen donor loyalty and fundraising.
- Lead initiatives and campaigns when necessary, or contribute as a specialist in projects led by others.
You have
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of experience in CRM marketing with a focus on customer journeys, loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Three to five years of experience with Marketing Automation and data-driven customer communication.
- Several years of experience working with CRM, MA, and BI systems for analysis and audience management.
- Good proficiency in working with segmentation, testing, and optimization.
- Experience with print production and direct communication.
- Experience with or a good understanding of payment flows, subscription models, or other recurring payment solutions.
- Good teamwork skills and a flat hierarchy approach to work.
- Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative communication.
- Ability to independently produce simpler content, copy, or communication materials.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in fundraising or member communication within the non-profit sector.
- Experience with advanced segmentation and personalization in Marketing Automation platforms.
- Experience with legacy marketing (bequest marketing).
- Experience with agile working methods and cross-functional teams.
About the team
You will become part of an agile team with shared responsibility for developing the relationship with the Red Cross's donors. Together, we work to create engagement, strengthen loyalty, and increase fundraising through relevant and data-driven activities.
The team has expertise in strategy, CRM, telemarketing, social media, content, and analytics. We work closely together, share knowledge, and help each other to create the greatest possible value for the organization and our donors.
You will also collaborate closely with the team responsible for acquiring new donors to ensure a strong and cohesive donor journey.
Other information
The position is a permanent full-time role located at our office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. We apply a six-month probation period.
We currently work from the office an average of three days per week and offer the possibility of remote work for the remaining time. Start date according to agreement.
