About the role:

As a Customer Service Representative for our client, you will have a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Our client is more than just a news channel; it is an inspiring workplace with a corporate culture characterized by engagement, curiosity, and drive.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include customer service, invoice management, and supporting the business with administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for students who wish to combine their studies with practical experience.

As a consultant with us, you will become part of our Wrknest team and work at the client's site for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities:

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

• Managing customer service and handling inquiries received via email.
• Processing invoices, authorization, and invoice follow-up.
• Following up on completed subscriptions.
• Other office administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying at least 50%.
• Can work 50% during office hours.
• Fluently speaks and writes both Swedish and English.
• Has experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Has basic knowledge of economics/accounting.

In this recruitment process, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, as they are crucial for your success in the role and the company. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, capable of handling detailed tasks, and possesses strong organizational skills to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
