Do you want to work with HR administration, systems, and processes as a consultant via TNG in Stockholm?
Do you want to work as an HR Administrator in Stockholm and develop within HR Operations, systems, and processes? As a consultant via TNG, you will take on a central role with our client, where you handle the entire administrative HR flow related to new hires, personnel changes, and terminations. Here, you will combine structure, service, and system understanding with improvement work, digitalization, and AI-based tools. You will become an important part of the HR Office and contribute to high-quality delivery, smarter ways of working, and secure support for managers, employees, and internal functions. For the right person, there is an opportunity for direct hire (overrecruitment) with the client.
Your Employment Offer
This is a consulting role where you will initially be employed as a consultant by TNG and work on assignment for our client in Stockholm. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for direct hire, meaning the role may eventually transition into a direct employment contract with the client. You will have a central HR administrative role where systems, service, and quality are key parts of your daily routine. The role offers you the opportunity to develop within HR Operations, case management, and process development, while contributing to well-functioning administrative HR flows. Here, you will use your structure, attention to detail, and system proficiency in a professional HR environment where improvements, digital working methods, and high service levels are in focus.
Your Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you work in a central HR function managing administrative flows from start to finish. You handle many parallel cases, support managers and internal stakeholders, and contribute to ensuring HR processes function efficiently, correctly, and with a high degree of service.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administration of employment, personnel changes, and terminations
- Case management in ServiceNow
- Administration in Fusion, HR systems, and HRM, payroll systems
- Creation and management of employment contracts and confirmations for changed terms
- Management of ID06 cards
- Register maintenance related to, for example, union assignments, medical checks, and distribution of occupational health and safety tasks
- Archiving documentation in personnel files
- Management of HR permissions
- Registration and deregistration of construction sites for personnel, including registration with the Swedish Tax Agency
- Management and development of HR administrative processes and systems
- Participation in smaller and larger development projects
The role involves both ongoing HR administration and the opportunity to contribute to the development of smarter, more quality-assured, and digital working methods.
Key Information
Working hours are 08:00 to 16:15 with a 30-minute lunch break. You will become part of the client's HR Office, a central HR function focused on HR administration, case management, system support, and internal service.
Our Expectations
We are looking for you who have at least two years of experience in HR administration and a post-secondary education within HR, for example, a two-year YH (University College) education or the Human Resources Management program. You have strong administrative skills, are accustomed to working in a structured manner, and thrive in a role where service, quality, and attention to detail are important. Since the role involves many contact points, we would appreciate if you have experience in customer service, internal service, or support.
You have good system proficiency and quickly adapt to new digital tools. Experience with ServiceNow, Fusion, HRM, or work within HR Shared Service, HR Operations, or HR Service Center is meritorious. It is also positive if you have experience in process development, digitalization, or AI-based tools as support in administrative tasks.
As a person, you are detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded. You communicate clearly, prioritize effectively between parallel cases, and are eager to contribute to smarter and more quality-assured working methods. You are available and can start the assignment on September 1st.
