About the role
We are currently looking for an HR Consultant for a government agency with an important societal mandate in Stockholm. In this role, you will work broadly within the HR field, responsible for recruitment, support for managers, payroll audits, occupational health and safety issues, as well as other personnel administration tasks.

Assignment period and scope
The position is a full-time consulting assignment, starting in mid-August and expected to run until 2027-02-28. The work is performed primarily on-site in central Stockholm. Remote work is possible up to two days a week after an introductory period.

Requirements for the position:

• University degree, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of experience in similar work. Alternatively, upper secondary education or equivalent education plus five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
