Do you want to take a key role in some of the most exciting transactions on the real estate market? We are looking for a business-driven project manager to join our transaction advisory team in Stockholm. At Svefa, you will lead property and corporate transactions from start to finish, develop long-term customer relationships, and help strengthen our offering in property transactions.
This role is suitable for someone with experience in property transactions who thrives close to the business and wants to combine project management, advisory services, and business development in a central role with a strong customer focus.

📌 What you will do
As a project manager in property transactions, you will lead assignments from start to finish in both purchase and sale processes. You will work closely with the client, keep the process together, and coordinate internal and external parties to create structured, secure, and business-oriented transactions.
Your role is primarily divided between:
- Project Management: Leading property and corporate transactions throughout the entire process – from initiation and analysis to marketing, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
- Business Development: Driving growth through networking, marketing initiatives, and long-term customer relationships.
- Advisory Services: Providing business-oriented support to clients on matters regarding divestments, acquisitions, and strategic choices related to properties.
- Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and other business areas within Svefa to develop our offering and create more business opportunities.

You will become part of our transaction advisory team based in Stockholm, operating from Svefa’s new, modern office in the city center. You will report to Business Area Manager Erik Norrman and collaborate closely with colleagues, clients, and specialists across various parts of Svefa.
The role involves both operational responsibility in transaction processes and a significant contribution to how we continue to develop our market offering.
🔍 What we are looking for
We are looking for you who have several years of experience in property transactions and a relevant network within the industry. You are accustomed to driving projects, building customer relationships, and working independently close to the business.
We believe you also:
- Thrive in a role where project management, business development, and advisory services are in focus
- Are communicative and confident in a central role with many contact surfaces
- Have a broad network and wish to actively develop long-term customer relationships
- Are business-driven and want to contribute to expanding Svefa’s offering in transaction advisory
- Have a good understanding and genuine interest in the real estate market and commercial properties
Special experience with development properties/development rights or public sector properties is considered an advantage.
